Other Rules
 

Payment Dispute Blacklist: Opening a fraudulent dispute against any EvaPrisons transaction.
 

Bots Blacklist: Using automated accounts, such as botnets or console clients.
 

Grooming & Stalking Blacklist: Any actions related to grooming or stalking will be reported to legal authorities.
 

Market Scamming Blacklist: Failing to fulfill an agreed trade involving at least 1,500 Credits.
 

Mute Evasion: Avoiding a mute using alternate accounts or other methods.
 

Inappropriate Usernames, Skins & Items: Displaying offensive or vulgar usernames, skins, items, or content (nudity, language, terrorism) will result in a 30-day ban. Repeated offenses will result in further penalties.
 

Ban Evasion: Evading an existing ban through alternate accounts or other means results in a 180-day ban.
 

Compromised/Shared Accounts: Using shared or public alt accounts, or logging in from multiple locations, may result in bans ranging from 14 to 60 days. Using shared accounts violates the Account Sharing rule.
 

Insiding: As an Cell Leader, you're accountable for your team's actions. If you place an item on another Cell, it belongs to the other owner. You must provide video proof in case of insiding. We will only recover items if possible.

 

Inappropriate Builds: Creating offensive or inappropriate builds will result in bans from 1 to 14 hours.
 

Griefing: Destroying another user's builds will lead to bans ranging from 1 to 14 days. Restoring builds is not possible.
 

Scamming: Not following through on agreed trades involving less than 1,500 Credits will result in bans ranging from 14 days to 180 days.

Market Rules

IRL Trading Blacklist: Trading real money or physical goods outside of EvaPrisons is prohibited and may result in a permanent trade ban.
 

Obscuring Transactions Blacklist: Hiding or misleading about transaction details, including using alts to mask ownership or value.
 

Suspicious Market Activity: Any suspicious market activity, including manipulation or price-fixing, will result in a trade ban.
 

Trade Swapping: Attempting to swap items during a trade, tricking the other player into agreeing to a different deal, will result in a trade ban.
 

Scamming: Failing to complete a trade involving less than 1,500 Credits may result in a ban from 14 days to 180 days.

Competition Rules
 

Alternate Teams/Team Boosting (Season-long Penalty): Gaining unfair advantages through extra Cells or gangs will result in penalties, ranging from 10% to a 100% penalty for the season.
 

Team Member Rotation: Using extra invites for team members will incur a penalty of 1.5% per additional invite after the free limit. Violating this rule will lead to penalties for both individual members and the team.
 

Team Merging: Moving valuable items to a new Cell without admin approval results in a 150% penalty for the season.
 

Coordinated Alt Activity: Penalties will apply if multiple punishments occur due to alt boosting or account sharing, affecting the whole team and its leaderboard position.
 

Penalties for Cheating: If a team is caught cheating, the entire team and Cell will be penalized for the season, with all Beacons or Gems removed from the final leaderboard.

Cheating Rules
 

Exploiting Mechanics: Using game mechanics in unintended ways (such as duping or glitching) will result in a 180-day ban and a blacklist.
 

Hacking: Using hacked clients, x-ray packs, macros, scripts, or any unfair advantage will result in a ban, leaderboard disqualification, and removal of any unredeemed rewards.
 

Disallowed Modifications: Using cheats or bugs to boost progress is prohibited. Auto-clicking is allowed if you’re not AFK and complete captchas within 1 minute.
 

Alt Boosting: Using more than one alternate account per IP will result in penalties, with individual cases (like public Wi-Fi or VPN) reviewed.
 

Account Sharing: Sharing an account between multiple people is prohibited and results in a ban. Shared IP cases will be reviewed individually.
 

Keybinds: Using keybinds to complete chat events is prohibited and will result in temporary bans. (Other then mine reset and welcoming new players)
 

Chat Rules

Intentional Advertising: Posting or displaying another server’s IP address will result in a shadowmute.
 

DDOS/DOX Threats: Threatening to perform DDoS attacks or leak personal information will lead to a blacklist.
 

Inappropriate Content: Adult content or drug references in public chat will result in a mute.
 

Encouraging Rule Breaking: Trying to convince others to break rules will lead to a mute.
 

Toxicity: Harassing or being disrespectful toward players or staff will result in progressively longer mutes.
 

Spamming: Repeating the same message too often or spamming large numbers of the same letter will lead to mutes or kicks.
 

Bigotry: Using discriminatory language (racism, sexism, etc.) will result in a mute and potentially a ban.
 

Command Trolling: Convincing others to use harmful commands (such as deleting pets or disbanding teams) will result in a ban.
 

Violent or Intrusive Threats: Death, suicide, or self-harm threats will result in a ban and possible blacklist.
